Having SEO Texts Created – Automated and With Your Approval

Anyone wanting SEO texts created has four routes: hire an in-house editor, commission a freelance copywriter, engage an agency – or have a system write, where a human approves every publication. The price up front: €99 to €399 per month plus credits based on usage.

What it is

From the approved editorial plan to a publication-ready draft

SEO Texts & Content is the text module of MCP SEO. It turns an approved row of your editorial plan into a publication-ready draft: briefing, research with source checking, text, meta data. Each text then passes through five review steps – style check against AI patterns, spelling and typography, internal linking, image SEO, structured data.

One rule stands above all: the page type determines the structure, not the topic. A service page sells, a guide explains. The system keeps the two apart, because it reads the specification from the editorial plan before the first word is written.

Example outline of a text A structure, not a specific text – this is how a heading hierarchy typically branches. H1 H2 H3 H1 · main keyword H2 · intro What’s meant, who searches for it H2 · main argument Benefit with evidence H2 · objections Comparison, open questions H2 · action Next step Search intent Core message Evidence / number Example Frequent question Next step viktorpasztor.de · MCP SEO · SEO Texts module
Schematic example of a text outline – not a real page, but the structural principle of an H1, several H2 sections and one to two H3 sub-points each.
Why it’s a problem

Five reasons text production usually fails

Most SEO projects don’t die from the analysis but from the execution. The keyword research is done, the editorial plan is in place – and then nothing happens for half a year.

No in-house time

The keyword research is done, the editorial plan is in place – and nobody writes 30 texts on the side.

Good freelancers are booked out

Whoever is available is often booked months in advance.

Long coordination rounds

The agency delivers, but coordination often takes longer than the writing itself.

Uneven quality

One text has sources and clean schema, the next has neither – depending on who wrote it when.

Editorial plan goes stale

It goes stale faster than it gets worked through.

“Across the eleven calibration runs, the pure production time was between 2:45 and 10:20 minutes per text. The bottleneck is no longer the writing but the approval – and that’s exactly where it belongs.”

How to solve it

Seven steps from the plan row to the draft in the CMS

The process in seven steps 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Read theplan row Briefing Research +sources Text +meta data Five reviewsteps Save as adocument Approval
Every text passes through all seven steps – only after your approval does it land as a draft in the CMS.
1

Read the editorial-plan row

Page type, wireframe and target URL determine the structure before the first word is written.

2

Briefing

Search intent, competitive gap and open user questions are clarified.

3

Research with source checking

Every number gets a source or gets removed.

4

Write text and meta data

The complete draft including title tag and meta description is created.

5

Pass through five review steps

Style, spelling, linking, images, structured data – for every text in the same order.

6

Save as a document

With source list, link plan and finished schema, saved traceably.

7

Approval

Only after your yes does the text land as a draft in your CMS – WordPress, Shopify, Shopware or TYPO3.

To be honest: for brand voice, storytelling and campaign copy, a good copywriter is superior; for a daily-producing editorial team, a permanent in-house person. Anyone needing a content strategy across many channels – website, social media, newsletter, PR – is right with an agency. The module plays to its strength where many search texts should be produced predictably at consistent quality.
What’s in it for you

Six effects for your editorial plan

How much visibility more content brings you depends on your market – I won’t invent percentages. What the module delivers:

01

Speed

The draft is created in minutes instead of weeks. Your editorial plan gets worked through instead of managed

02

Consistent quality

A person checks differently on a bad day than a good one – the system always checks the same

03

Scaling without hiring

Whether 4 or 40 texts a month – the process stays the same, only the credits differ

04

Traceability

For every text you see where each number comes from and which links were set and why

05

Control

Cancellable monthly. Content and access belong to you, even after the collaboration ends

06

Reporting obligation

Each quarter you get a report on what was produced and how it’s developing

Frequently asked questions

Questions about SEO texts and content

Does Google notice the texts are created automatically?

Google evaluates whether a text helps people – thin mass content fails, for humans and machines alike. That’s exactly why research, evidence and the five review steps run for every text. I still don’t give a ranking guarantee; no one serious does.

What happens if I don’t like a text?

You comment on the passage, I revise. Only when you approve is the text transferred to the CMS as a draft. If the direction fundamentally doesn’t fit, you cancel at the end of the month.

Who owns the texts?

You. All content and all access belong to the client – that applies in every collaboration with me, not just in this module.

How does the module differ from your manual text creation?

In the manual service I write SEO texts myself – for individual, strategically important pages with a lot of coordination. The module is built for volume: many texts, a consistent process, predictable costs.

Context

Back to the pillar

SEO Texts & Content doesn’t work alone. The topics come from the Keyword Research module, the finished pages are hooked into your site structure by the Internal Linking module . You’ll find an overview of all modules, prices and the way of working on the MCP SEO overview page.

If you prefer one-off projects: a keyword research as a standalone service provides the basis even without a subscription. And what SEO costs overall is in the SEO costs overview.
