SEO copywriter for service pages, category texts and guides
You get texts with a job to do: rank and sell. As an SEO copywriter I deliver research, briefing, text, meta data and CMS entry from one pair of hands – for €100 per hour. I’m Viktor Pásztor, freelance SEO consultant in Berlin, over 15 years in digital marketing.
Every text has a job
A service page sells, a category text helps with choosing, a guide answers the question completely. I don’t write filler for the keyword – because filler doesn’t rank either. Research is done with Ahrefs, Semrush and Surfer SEO, not by gut feeling.
What you get
Publication-ready texts
Clean heading structure, title, meta description and internal linking included.
CMS-ready
On request, entered directly as a draft in WordPress, Shopify, Shopware or TYPO3.
Evidence-backed research
Researched with Ahrefs, Semrush and Surfer SEO – not written by gut feeling.
Texts with a clear job
Sell, help with choosing, or answer the question completely – never filler.
“Surely AI can do that by now”
Partly true. I automate myself: my system MCP SEO takes routine SEO work off my hands – and nothing happens on the website without the client’s approval. Raw text has become cheap, I won’t dispute that.
What stays expensive is the rest. Knowing which page is missing in the first place. Getting the facts out of your head that aren’t in any tool. Deciding which statement can be backed up and which just sounds good. And in the end, standing behind what gets published under your company name. No model takes that on – I do.
“I manage around 15 client projects in parallel, mostly e-commerce and B2B. The texts that work there answer the questions from the sales conversation – not just the ones from the keyword tool.”
— Viktor Pásztor
Which topics and search terms are worth it at all is settled beforehand by keyword research. I rework existing pages as part of on-page optimization. And if texts are to be produced regularly, you’re usually better off with monthly ongoing SEO support (from €1,000 per month, cancellable monthly) than with individual orders.
No per-word prices, no packages.
Before the start you get an effort estimate. All content and access belongs to you – even if we end the collaboration.
- Research effort: how deeply SERP and competition need to be checked.
- Your expertise: how much substance you already provide.
- CMS entry: whether the text is only written or also entered as a draft.
Signs that new SEO texts are due
Category pages without text
Your shop has category pages without text – or with text deserts nobody reads, which Google rates accordingly.
New service pages without capacity
You’re building new service pages, and nobody on the team has time to write.
Interchangeable texts
Your existing texts sound interchangeable. They could just as well sit on a competitor’s site.
Research done, texts missing
The keyword research sits finished in a sheet, but the texts have been missing for months.
Visitors without inquiries
Your guides bring visitors, but no inquiries.
FAQ on SEO copywriting
What does an SEO text cost?
I bill €100 per hour. The effort depends on research depth, text length and CMS entry – before the start you get an estimate for your specific project.
Do you write yourself or with AI?
Both. I automate routine work with my system MCP SEO; research, expert statements and final approval stay with me. A text only goes live after your sign-off.
Do you also enter the texts into the CMS?
Yes. I use WordPress, Shopify, Shopware and TYPO3 in ongoing client projects. The text lands as a draft in the system; nothing gets published without your okay.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No – nobody can honestly give a ranking guarantee. What I promise: texts that match search intent, a quarterly report on progress and a reply within 24 hours on weekdays.
